As our products are virtual in nature and digital downloads, we do not offer returns or refunds. Once a template is purchased and downloaded, it is the sole property of the customer. We do not accept any returns or issues related to templates after purchase.

However, we do offer a monthly subscription service for customers who wish to enjoy unlimited downloads of all our products. For a monthly fee of $39.99USD, you can download any number of templates within the monthly subscription limit. Each download can include up to 10 templates, and you can download a maximum of 200 templates per month.

If you are not satisfied with our service or have any issues, we offer a refund for unused monthly subscriptions. If you have not used any services within your subscription period, you are eligible for a refund. Please note that the refund process may be subject to bank transfer delays, and it may take 2-5 days or longer for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
